Since the founding of the firm in 1961, Jacobson Goldberg & Kulb LLP has represented pharmacies, physicians, dentists and all health professionals in professional discipline matters. Amy T. Kulb began her career as a prosecuting attorney with the Office of Professional Discipline (OPD). Since joining the firm in 1986, she has concentrated her practice on the defense of professional discipline and professional medical conduct matters. She frequently lectures to professional groups on current issues in professional discipline, the collateral consequences of professional discipline and criminal convictions, dental risk management and ethics/ jurisprudence and pharmacy law.

Our firm represents physicians and physician assistants, pharmacists, dentists, podiatrists, chiropractors, therapists and nurses in all OPD and Office of Professional Medical Conduct (OPMC) matters. From the inception of an investigation, we utilize our decades of experience to analyze the case and plan the most effective defense strategy, with careful consideration given to all the potential collateral consequences, such as Medicaid and Medicare participation, and to pre-screen proposed settlements to determine and minimize the impact upon other professional privileges.
